  • What are your hours?
    Zenith Equipment Rental is open for pickup 6:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, 6:00am-8:00pm Saturday, and 10:00am-6:00pm on Sunday. We have flexible hours for drop offs if you were to need to return outside of these hours just give us a call and we can discuss options. We offer delivery and pickup within the New Berlin, Muskego, Waukesha, Brookfield, and Milwaukee areas for $150 both ways.
  • How does the rental process work?
    Give us a call at 262-235-3115 or email sales@zenithrentals.net to confirm availability and set up a reservation for the construction equipment needed. We require a copy of a valid drivers license, certificate of insurance, and signed rental agreement waiver that you can sign digitally. You will receive a reservation confirmation with a quote for the duration of your rental and require a deposit to reserve your reservation. Deposits vary depending on type of equipment-Mini Skid Steer and 14k end dump trailer require a $500 deposit. The Wacker Neuson BH65 Concrete Breaker, Generator, and attachments require a $100 deposit. When you arrive for pickup we will verify driver's license, review safe operation of the machine, and perform a 360 video and inspection of the equipment to ensure the machine is working properly before it goes to your project or job site. Upon return we perform another 360 and inspection to ensure equipment is not damaged. If everything looks good your deposit is refunded within 7 days.
  • What are the specifications and limitations of the Mini Skid Steer?
    The Wacker Neuson SM100 is one of the best mini skid steers on the market. Designed for landscapers and arborists with 1,000lb lifting capacity, 13gpm hydraulic flow, and 35.5" width allows access through 3 foot gates. Stable 9" track for lower ground pressure. Fastest mini skid on the market at 5.2mph and universal plate allows for over 100 attachments making this a true Swiss Army knife for landscape contractors and DIY pros.
  • What type of end dump trailer do you rent?
    The Southland SL714 7x14 14k end dump uses a powerful engineered sill design similar to the way bridges and quad axle dump trucks are engineered allowing a lighter weight trailer with a higher weight capacity. Most trailers in this class weigh around 4,500lbs which can limit use case for half ton pickups and have much higher fuel consumption. The Southland SL714 weighs only 3,200lbs with 10,800lb load capacity derated to 14k GVWR. Tows great even with a half ton pickup.
